My good habits are what really brings me joy. It’s my secret sauce. These habits are the ones that give me the most energy, when I feel my happiest, when I’m the least stress and when I’m feeling that “it can’t get any better than this” feeling.
They really are what bring me joy because of the ripple effect of them.
Women I talk with a desire to have better health, lose weight, get out of stress and overwhelm, and to have more joy in their life. They want to achieve those “someday goals” now.
And I get it. Who doesn’t want all that? I know it’s what I’ve wanted in the past and I want each and every day. I am not at all interested in my dreams becoming regrets and I know you aren’t’ either.
So what’s the key? How do we prevent that from happening? How do we keep joy present throughout the day?
The key is to stop living your life by default. When you are waiting for life to happen to you vs. living purposely and taking an aligned action you will be on track to make those someday goals and dreams a reality sooner than later.
A huge part of not living by default is to create habits that will set you up for success.
One of the biggest ways I’ve been able to do this in my life is by creating my Magical morning routine.
In my routine, I’m able to accomplish the things that get me in the right place mentally and physically so I can take the actions I need to take purposely- not passively throughout the day.
I’ve been talking about my MMR a lot lately because it’s so easy to over-complicate things in our lives when it comes to self-care and having an MMR is such an easy way to uncomplicate things.
Because I’m here to support you I want you to know that this is such a great way to get purposeful.
