Often in my work with amazing women, I quickly discover they are looking for a different woman than the one they see in the mirror. They believe happiness and joy will come when that woman in the mirror fits into a size 6 or weighs 120 (shoot, there was I time I’d settle for a 10 and 160).
I heard this quote the other day by Abraham Hicks. It went something like this: When you get to the other side of the fence you are always taking yourself with you.
If you want to change the woman in the mirror because of what you believe it will give you in your life on the other side of the fence: a better relationship, a new job, better health, the great photo of yourself in you summer class reunion photo etc. the hard truth is that it won’t happen.
The key to getting what you want is to start creating these outcomes now while you are still standing on this side of the fence.
I believe that it is totally possible for you, yes you, to have exactly what you want in this life. Why? Because I have seen it happen for many of my clients.
When you stop waiting on the weight and start having more of what you want those things you believe are on the other side of the fence the weight starts to come off, the sugar cravings start to disappear, the emotional eating subsides and your energy and overall health AND happiness improve.
The side of the fence you are on IS where the magic happens.
When you start tapping into what you believe only exist on the other side, you’ll find yourself unexpectedly and magically standing on the other side looking in the mirror at the happy, vibrant, best version of you.
